Thank you for responding

I started a medication a few months ago, for asthma. I've been taking L-Theanine for anxiety, I started taking that a month ago, but I only take it when I start feeling anxious (the days I go into college or some appointment). L-Theanine isn't prescribed, I was looking for something natural and hoping it would help and it has to some degree. I'm trying to avoid medications for anxiety.
I'm glad you got off that medication and have found something better!
