I've tried many SSRIs, and fluoxetine has been the most helpful for me although the difference is still small. Also, augmentation of SSRIs with dopamine antagonists show some efficacy in some people. Treatments for OCD aren't very effective. I'm investigating the use of specific glutamate drugs in mouse models right now. Hopefully we'll develop something more effective.
