I have no answer to your question about how to keep it all together with that much sorrow - just that people care about you and that you make a difference in the lives of many, many people. I am so glad that you were able to locate Doggie - I know how important our "other" family members are to us - don't know what I would do without mine. They are my children as I was never able to have any. Anyway, take it one moment at a time - take a deep breath - meditate - and remain in the present. Going into the past can bring up things you might not want to deal with on top of what is happening now. Again, remember, you make a difference in the world. You are important and valued for who you are.
