I'm going to try again and I wanna have that courage to share and truly connect with others this time. Any advice on how I can go about doing this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

You don't have to share. Just go and sit and listen. You will find that after awhile you will hear something that may really make you want you to share. Just say I would like to listen. Probably some people will come up and welcome you before or after the meeting and try to reach out. Just take you time.
