Yeah sleep hygiene is very important. Pdocs orders is only 3 cups of coffee, do the guided meditations that help me, use some lavender essential oils, make my room kinda like a sleep sanctuary, lol. Those I can do but I need to work on the getting up and going to bed at the same time every night.
