If you're interested this is how I've been feeling. I feel VERY detached from myself and reality, I have a hard time remembering what is real and what is a dream, I don't recognize myself in the mirror or in pictures, I feel very out of it, can't remember anything, have a hard time focusing. I also have anxiety and depression (possible bipolar) so I know a lot of these symptoms can be contributed to that.
Thank you!
I didnt recognize your user name so I checked out some of your other posts. in one of them you state your medications were "uppud" and now you feel disconnected....

Im wondering if this inability to tell whether something is a dream or not and other dissociative type symptoms you posted about are part of the medication side effects...

before the new diagnostic criteria (the DSM 5) came out, here in america medication induced dissociative symptoms were called depersonalization. now with the new diagnostics medications have to be ruled out as the cause before something is called a dissociative disorder. now medication induced problems are called .....medication side effects...

maybe you can talk with your doctors and let them know since they upped your meds you have been feeling this way, maybe there is a medication available that wont cause you so many problems.
