So, hey.
This is kind of a request for some help / tips, call them what you will. My wife is struggling to sleep at night, her mind is racing with a lot of 'smaller' issues which as we all know, become one massive issue. It's a vicious circle, little sleep equals more stress, more stress equals less sleep, y'know the drill. As a husband who can sleep on a galloping hedgehog, I feel guilty that I can just switch off when I know fine well her mind at the moment can't.
Does anyone else find themselves in this position or have been? We have been down the route of sleeping pills but that's not the best idea because it wipes her out the next day. I'm bereft of ideas on how to try and help her, any hints or ideas will be much lay appreciated.
