Is there anyone at your school (nurse, counselor, instructor, administrator) or in your community you trust enough to approach with your concerns for this classmate as well as for your own needs?

I agree that you yourself may not be the best person to supply support to this classmate at this time. There's no shame in recognizing your own difficulties require you to focus on yourself first.
