So I'm a major stress ball right now at work ihad to sign a paper saying I am committed to aiming for some ridiculous sales quota it's not even a sales job dammit but I'm supposed to push on every call where an opportunity is available or else... Write ups, corrective action plan, then termination. I hate this. I do. Really really good job in every other area and I try to get sales but I apparently take no for an answer too easily . This sucks. I was sitting at my desk after they made me sign the paper pounding myself in the head. Now i have a headache on top of being so stressed I can't see straight. I hate being threatened for **** like this. Just needed to vent. I need to just shut up about it and find a new job. Again.
