The one thing you have to watch for is a rash / SJS. I hear other than that Lamictal is pretty good with minimal to no side effects.

Changing: I took my first pill last night; so far, so good. My doctor started me at 25mg for a month, then 50, then 75, then 100 so basically in 4 months I'll be on the desired dose. He's doing this because of the rash; he said that people usually get them because the start with a high dose.
Kitty: I was actually thinking about Mirena, and when I mentioned that to the doctor, he said "great choice". It's just that I know you're really only supposed to get an IUD if you've already carried a baby to term, but my son was born 7.5 years ago. Also, I'm afraid of the insertion and removal =X lol and also the strings hang out! Ahh! What if my partner is big and hits it and knocks it out of place? lol I'm paranoid.
