I have heard about people having seizures during benzo withdrawal, but virtually all of them were taking more than 4 mg daily.

I take .5 mg of Xanax three times a day. Some days I feel like I need more, but I just deal with it.

I do appreciate hearing about other people's experiences because it helps to keep me in check. They remind me that this is a serious drug that shouldn't be taken frivolously.
