It's kind of like being asleep all the time with your eyes open and your body doing things an mind thinking things but you're asleep. I can't connect with anything or anyone. Hard to describe. But it's been chronic, non-stop 24-7. I have no idea what to do about this. I don't think about it so much now but it really affects me quite a bit nonetheless. Ok so talk to your pdoc or t right? Nope. There are zero pdocs accepting patients in my city right now. Zero. Ok so t? Well, Ts are very expensive and right now I'm only going once every 4-5 weeks. I don't know that she has a lot of experience with dissociation or treating it. I could switch but she's helping me with other things right now also which is great and she's given us a reduced rate which helps a ton. Just not an option to see someone else. Is there possibly Anything that I can do to overcome this? Or am I stuck?

first things first is to find out what this is... you see many things can be causing the same symptoms, just as an example not a diagnosis if you google the symptoms you posted you will find literally millions upon millions of medical problems, mental problems and problems that are considered normal that all share these same symptoms... example did you know that something as simple as not eating the right foods, or not getting enough water or sleep for some people can cause these same symptoms. these are just normal things that can cause these symptoms...and theres no way to know for sure what this is without a treatment provider making a diagnosis.
then theres what you can do about it...well without the proper diagnosis theres no way to know what to do...
let me give you an example....one time I just assumed I was having a dissociative problem...ok time to do things on my own like grounding (self nurturing and calming activities like rowing my canoe around the lake is calming to me and makes me feel good, so its a grounding tool that I use.) well when I finally was able to get in to my medical doctor I discovered my problems were medical I had multiple Sclerosis (its a medical problem where the covering for nerve cells in the body deteriorate and cause dissociative like symptoms...numbness, feeling disconnected and other dissociative like symptoms) my doctors and I can only speculate on how far advanced I am now in the disease compared to if I had had the correct treatment before jumping the assumption wagon.
my point is anything we tell you to try without the proper diagnosis has the potential to do irreparable harm to you.
my suggestion is if you cant get in to see a mental health treatment provider then contact your medical doctor, the person you see when you get severe colds/broken bones, and other medical problems. they will be able to assess whether this is a medical or mental problem, and can even help you get past all the red tape for getting a mental health treatment provider. I know you said no one in your area is accepting new patients /clients but about three months ago I helped someone from here in NY that moved to Canada. we had to get her set up with and transfer her treatment files from NY to canada. I discovered even when canadian treatment providers say they are not accepting any new patients they do accept medical doctor referred patients/clients. the medical doctors have a list of mental health providers that they routinely refer people to.
So contact your medical doctor, they can help you get the mental health treatment you may need for a mental health assessment/diagnosis of this problem.
