I searched "lyrica" on this forum to find out what other people are saying about Lyrica. I am currently taking it for nerve pain and was not prescribed Lyrica specifically for anxiety, but I have found that it has helped my anxiety/depression immensely. I know that I have a different disorder than you, but I feel like if something can help you feel happier in general it can be of at least some help with other disorders.

Lyrica (pregablin) is a precursor to GABA in the brain and works similarly to benzodiazepines. I am happy to hear that it is being studied for use in patients with mental illness, as it has helped me immensely in my battle with anxiety and depression.
