hmm, I think 3 or 4 hours sleep is not enough...
are you on computer in the evening long into the night? I realized it's important to turn it off ideally 2 hours before wanting to sleep, and to not look at anything too distracting before sleep
Another thing to look into would be environmental pollution or such? Can you air the room well? How is air outside and inside? Any new and/or odd-smelling furniture/carpeting/wood protection/air fresheners or such...? Things to consider... I sleep much better in another room than in the attic, and wake up way more refreshed too.
A third thing to consider could be nutrition maybe.
