There is a LOT of info out there about "sleep hygiene" so you may want to google that. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest seeing a sleep doctor (M.D.) My sleep was so horrendous at one point that nothing worked. (I was going on a month of *maybe* one hour of twilight sleep a night, IF I was lucky!) A sleep doctor will be able to tailor a plan for her specific issues. (You wouldn't be able to put it together yourself.) I ended up with a list of about 10 things I had to do every day to get my sleep back on track.
