So I haven't got my medical card yet but this cold is keeping me up all night hacking / dry heaving. It hurts to breathe. Yes that alone is not ER material but given my low tolarence for psychotic -like symptoms due to lack of sleep, stress, and my general unwell-ness I don't want it to turn into a psychiatric emergency also . Does anyone know the difference between pseudo psychosis and psychosis?
