My t knows, but she also talked about it as if it was something I did in the past. I emailed her saying that i needed her to ask about it, cos mine is getting worse too. She asked, that was two sessions ago, and we talked about it, but she didn't bring it up last session at all. I would like it if she did ask, like Galaxy, it would keep it in check I think, though I don't know why. I'm sorry that you're hurting. If you could email your t and ask to bring it up it might help.
