Can you take each day at a time?
And schedule some much-needed walks/jogging, ideally in the sunlight, with a friend (or fiancee) who knows what you're talking about? Or phone calls with someone who understands? These things helped me. At least you can check in here!
A friend found great help in herbal tea for relaxing (but make sure it doesn't interfere with any meds!) or you could schedule a relaxing bath etc.
