I've had restless legs for three nights now and cannot sleep thru the night. I've done a slow, controlled withdrawal from Abilify under my doctor's supervision. I was trying to withdraw from Valium as well but i've abandoned that.

Does anybody else get the jimmy legs? What do you take? Did anyone else withdraw from Abilify and what were your side-effects?
