I want to learn how not to be so angry. How to take a moment to figure things out. Really listen to what is being said. Learn to have some compassion for the other person. Recognize their pain. Learn that it isn't actually about me . It is more about them. Learn patience and self ontrol. Learn to respond in simple ways. Learn how to avoid situations that are surely going to go wrong. Avoid guilt that I do not need to feel. Avoid people who are going to get me. Be okay with stepping back. Focus on my own life and take care of me.
