I cut on the inside of my whole arm, and sometimes hips, and have had over 150 fresh cuts on my arm at once and no one saw. In the house, I usually didn't wear a jacket, but I am very good at watching my surroundings and watching people's eyes and turning my arm so that it is hidden. Outside I usually always have a jacket with me and I would either be wearing it, or have it covering my arm if its too hot out to wear it. Thankfully I get cold very easily so I use to wear a jacket a lot before, so no one notices. Once the cuts have healed and are noticeable scars I usually stop wearing my jacket as much and just watch people more closely. I don't care about scars as much because if someone asks, I can just say it was in my past.
