Hello everyone. I'm Jessica. I'm 24, and I've been experiencing some issues with overeating. I've been gaining weight in increments of 20 pounds, and I can't seem to get it off once I'm carrying it. It all started when I was in an abusive situation with my ex, and I've been overeating since.

When we were together, I overate quite a bit. But even then, I still wasn't over eating at night. Now, I'm snacking at all hours of the night, and I've tried drinking bottles of water mixed with fiber to curb my appetite and everything. I've slowed down some, but I'm still finding myself hungry at late hours. Sometimes I wonder if I eat out of boredom, but I'm not sure. I've been eating more salads and grilled chicken, and more fruits.

I've even checked into my meds to see if any of them induce hunger, and all I've found is that one of them actually, possibly curbs your appetite.

Does anyone have some tips on how to curb overeating? How can I stop myself from snacking?
