I've know a bunch of people that do... I only ever did once, an dthen I promptly deleted it in case anyone found it... can't have that getting around... but I do know quite a few people that document it in some way.
For me it's just that T wants me to write down times (not quite sure why, we have not gotten into the time thing yet, just the frequency thing)...
