It's manganese that's works for me though I have heard magnesium is also good and I take that, too, but it's the manganese that makes the difference for me. Iron deficiency is also a cause of Restless Leg Syndrome for some if you are deficient. I've always taken manganese when I take an antipsychotic but I had RLS before antipsychotics so I can't only blame them. Clonazepam used to help at night but it didn't work for me this last time around but the supplements did. It was unbearable until I got back on the manganese. I hope it works for you, it's so awful I was going to jump out the window but I'm on the ground floor.
