I don't have therapy in order to blab away about how crappy my life is or to discuss how horrid my childhood may have been (idk, don't really remember it) such talks are just a waste of my time.
I have a therapist to help me reach a specific goal, a specific target.
His job is to help minimize the impact of my disorders on my loved ones.
So its kind of like I'm doing a course, which to me feels like im doing something productive wrt my BP and BPD.
I'm not into any of that cry on this stranger's shoulder shyt, I have friends for that.
