During episode it's Crisis mood. How to bring me back to reality. During the less intense times it's repairing, prevention, and planing. Addressing thoughts that are still destorted, addressing issues that flared during episode and every day things. Therapy is more of an hour long assessment of my episode when in one but actual therapy when out of episode. I would talk to your therapist to see if s/he can change there approach when out of episode. You may need a different therapist. You're going once a week right?
