Hi Forever.

I have BP2, and I know there are times where the anger is impossible to contain. It often comes about when I feel like I have been pushed beyond my limits, where I feel like emotionally I am in a corner with no way out or simply drowning with my life. So yes, bipolar can certainly present with full blown anger. For me, its about how to let it out in a controlled manner with the least amount of damage done, not easy but doable if a plan is already in place

You don't mention medications or whether you have any support team / therapist. Those two would be my first recommendation if not already in place. If you do have someone you can talk to, don't hold back, but let them know how it is and what you want to do about it. It maybe you need medication and or a medication change, or it maybe that some lifestyle changes and reductions in stress will help. The two go hand in hand I believe - medication and lifestyle.

That aside, I wish you all the best. Keep posting and keep talking, it won't always be like this.
