You don't mention medications or whether you have any support team / therapist. Those two would be my first recommendation if not already in place. If you do have someone you can talk to, don't hold back, but let them know how it is and what you want to do about it. It maybe you need medication and or a medication change, or it maybe that some lifestyle changes and reductions in stress will help. The two go hand in hand I believe - medication and lifestyle.

That aside, I wish you all the best. Keep posting and keep talking, it won't always be like this.

I was on meds but have been currently med free almost 5 mths now.. I did do have a dx I have been getting filled for 3 mths that I am working the courage up to start .. I only have thank goodness a caring life long family dr who is knowledgable keeps up to date with mental health . Need a therapist can't afford it and been on a wait list forever like 2 yrs for a pysch
