it's probably nothing to worry about, but i'm a bit of a worrier and i'm always scared my siblings have the same problems i do, even though i know they probably don't coz they don't act like i did
but she has nightmares all the time. she gets out her bed (and she's on top bunk) and runs around screaming and crying. she'll go downstairs and hug into mum or my step-dad. when they ask what's wrong she doesn't answer. it's like she can't even hear them. and she never remembers anything in the morning. there's been weirder nights though. there was once she got out of her bed and climbed up to her sisters bed and started saying "it's ok Neve, i'm here. i'll protect you. it's ok" in a terrified little voice. poor neve herself was scared by now. i tried to persuade her down but again. it was like she couldn't hear me. i had to get my step-dad to lift her down. other times it's like she's half awake, half asleep. there was once she only got halfway downstairs and stared at the corner in the stairs and said over and over "it's not there. it's not there anymore". when asked what wasn't there she only replied "it's not there"
could these strange dreams mean anything or is it just a child's overactive imagination?
