i've just had the most surreal 2 or 3 hours...after I felt so bad this morning I went up too bed, something i never do. I laid down and thought I was asleep but was in that place between sleep and awake unyet I couldnt move my body it felt so heavy...but then i was flooded with memorys of when i was very young...it was like i was there with the me i was then...i could see my old house and was feeling feelings that i felt back then and had long since forgotten or got rid off...every now and again i realised i was safe and it was ok to be taken back to this time...it was like going in and out of a tunnel of time and i was leading myself by the hand...my body was shaking inside but because i was half awake half asleep i wasn't panicing...i knew it felt awful but i because i was there with the me then i could go through "it"...i feel awakened and refreshed and exorcised if thats the right word...it really was the most surreal feeling...i feel back in the today again now!
