I am not getting the impression you "want" the label, I think you are genuinely struggling and are trying to find better answers on how you can manage it better.
I think that you would do better spending time with a psychiatrist and therapist who can listen to you and help you understand it better. I am very sorry you are struggling so much right now, no matter what the MI, it is challenging and scary and frustrating. Psychosis is no picnic either, so be kind to yourself and continue to reach out for professional help. Get more than one opinion too and find a good therapist, it can take time, but there "are" good ones out there that can help you.
