I try to ground myself in the present with the 5 senses but sometimes that doesn't work. One thing that helps me is watching nature videos -- there's a series called Moving Art that is just scenes of nature and time-lapse flowers and stuff with music and I find it very calming. Even if I'm dissociating, it brings some comfort.
