Psychosis

This has recently freaked me out. Did not know about this. Now I know I have been there done this. But not sure how to know if it is "live or Memorex"? Like I now know that when I was sure I was going to hit a pedestrian so much that I changed the routes I drove to and from work, told spouse it was becuz of potholes, that it was psychosis. How do you know you are psychotic and do you need APs all the time? Are the meds I am taking APs?

Lexapro
Trazadone
Topamax
Abilify

Thanks
