My first post was a short description of some past issues with my twin sister. We used to be best of friends and then she flipped out, acted totally immoral, and she see's no problem with it.

We haven't talked in several years.

Things are now to a point that she calls me names and my daughter names, she insinuates I'm a bad mother, I'm stupid, a control freak, a _itch, and selfish.

I don't understand why? I feel that if you really want to work things out, then you should think about what you say with the end in mind. I have never called her names or her kids names. There are many choice words I'd like to say, but that won't help things in the end. I do write them in a journal to get them out and even talk out loud to the dogs, pretending it's her. And although it helps to get it out, it's still frustrating why she's so mean and hateful.

I feel she likes the drama and when she gets a response from me, it encourages her to continue.
