Sounds like you need some 'down time.' If you aren't wanting to leave the house, don't. But try to be good to yourself. Do some things to nurture yourself, like take a bath, eat a good meal, watch something on t.v. that you enjoy. You can listen to your body AND be good to yourself at the same time.
Bipolar is hard, but it doesn't have to be a life sentence. Be good to yourself. You are worth it. I hope you start feeling better soon.
