Were you finally able to get to lavasoft and install ad-aware? (I think I missed whether you were successful with that or not over the course of this thread).

In the meantime is the machine working for you or still giving you lots of problems? Can you tell me what it is doing? I know you are getting the error messages, are those just when you start the computer or do they keep popping up?

I wish I was near you... I could probably come over and fix this all up. It is fixable, I guess just see what kind of reply you get from the help site. If it doesn't help, post back here...
