What is odd is that almost everyone with panic disorder has bipolar, but not everyone who is bipolar has a panic disorder.

Basically, panic disorder rarely travels without bipolar. But bipolar will travel alone. Isn't that freaky?

Again, I'm not saying everyone. Just over half. Anywhere from 60 to 80%.
That was a interesting read.. Made me think how hard it is to be Dx'd BP at times. Now the interesting part today I woke after a fretful sleep just feeling exhausted and sad, unmotivated, no energy, not weepy or angry. More of nothingness really can't really focus, think . I can't see my Dr till end of the mth he is on holiday.
I know it was a good 2 weeks of that irritable, anger etc. today it seems like it was just a dream besides a few important things I did I can't recall much. My body feels so much better in the way it doesn't feel like a ball of held back energy/tension.
