They can only force you into a treatment plan via the corts if you can be labeled a danger to self or to others, and it has to be imminent, in the opinion of one or more psychiatrists - it's a bit complex. But I can't say what Medicaid or private insurance can coerce someone into doing to continue coverage - technically no, only the court can force treatment, but practically I can see being told "do X or your coverage is dropped".
