Well it does depend on a lot of things. I had a psychotic break and I haven't been the same. But I am bp 1 and PTSD. I was just not medicated properly. I think u should ask a pdoc. But for me with the bp and PTSD on top of the psychotic break I probably need them for life, unfortunately.
