I am just two weeks out of a mental health facility and i am finding it really hard to adjust at home with my family again. My anxiety is worst than my depression, it was the other way around when i went in. If anyone has any tips or advice for just getting back into the real world i guess, or even things to do on a daily bases . Anything really would be nice. I have no support groups here so I am hoping this will help a little.
