I persevered this morning when I woke up at 3 AM and could not get back to sleep until after 4 AM, and my mind was stewing on things, not allowing me rest or peace--arrgggh.

Inspiration came to just focus on one breath at a time and return to one breath instead of racing thoughts, and I finally managed to fall asleep again and slept in an hour to make up for sleep lost. Focusing on one breath at a time has helped me in the past, but I forget it too easily... I am grateful that I did it this morning to rest. One breath at a time...
