So, I have a thread in the Self Help section of the forum about fitness and self-care, which can be found here:

I want to keep that just for discussing exercise and self care (basically healthy living) but I also wanted a place to record specific number of pounds lost each week since this is technically the Exercise and
Weight Loss forum. I don't want to put specifics in the other thread and trigger anyone with an eating disorder.
So I hope this is okay, I'll check in tomorrow morning since it will officially be 1 week since I started exercising and eating healthy and post how much I've lost once I weigh myself.
