I forced myself to spend time with my cousin today, but I felt numb the whole time and collapsed into tears the minute we got home and I could be alone. Unfortunately my neighborhood is quite dangerous at night, so no moonlit walks for me...

If anything i'm overeating and sleeping too much...which is better than the opposite (for me at least). I will look up clinics now, thanks for the advice
