You're doing well

Maybe if you feel like you're not reaching enough of your goals cut back on some of them and only work on a few at a time. For the food thing I recommend three good meals a day then 2-3 small healthy snacks to prevent midnight snacking on high calorie foods. Also, you can still have some of your favorite foods just in moderation,
