Hey guys, just checking in. I made it through a whole week of eating healthier and exercising!


Today is Sunday so it's my rest day (no exercise)
For self care I've been brushing my teeth two times a day every single day. Also I've decided to make a dentist appointment and eye doctor appointment to get new glasses. Dyed my hair the other day, and have been journaling.
Will add a 20 minute walk in the afternoons to my exercise routine (Sit ups, leg lifts, and weights)(5lb repetition) starting Monday.
