Hi. Well, really you should be able to get help through nhs, not having to go private, to pay for therapy....but reality is its difficult getting professional help and support. You don't always get treated well either by professionals who you try to seek help from which can make you feel worse. You can try finding a low cost therapy service or join a support group and contact a voluntary service to talk to someone if you feel alone .
