I also have a lot of symptoms of dissociative disorders and doing work that helps coping with dissociation can help me a lot. I've also been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder - nos and Major Depressive Disorder.
Honestly I don't have the resources I need for any proper assessments or diagnoses. I know that we're going to talk about it next week... I guess I'm still nervous. Already my therapist things that I'm just making things up instead of listening to me and working with me on having a healthier relationship with reality and I've avoided bringing up certain things to her because of it.
