Honestly I don't have the resources I need for any proper assessments or diagnoses. I know that we're going to talk about it next week... I guess I'm still nervous. Already my therapist things that I'm just making things up instead of listening to me and working with me on having a healthier relationship with reality and I've avoided bringing up certain things to her because of it.

Then perhaps you should find a different therapist. I don't see how she can help you if she thinks you're making things up and refuses to listen in a way that would help you remain in reality.
I've had a couple of dissociative episodes, but never a diagnosis of a dissociative disorder.
