Although it might take a while because sometimes I'm not on the forum for weeks or months at a time... for which I apologize ahead of time.

As for finding another therapist, right now I'm getting free therapy on sliding scale. It's near-impossible for me to find a better resource so I'm accessing this therapist in the best ways that I can. I know that her invalidation of things doesn't mean that she's factually accurate about it.
