Over time that kind of schedule could have a profound negative effect on all areas of a person's (most persons') life. I'm glad you have antianxiety meds to help a little.
Perhaps addressing the sleep aspect of the problem might help. I'm thinking advice or treatment offered to people with "
night terrors" could be of value.
